The AVUTEC performance dashboard is an online monitoring service, informing installers or system managers about the status of all their installed Gatekeepers and Cortex devices. CortexMetrics offers a support system, that features incident management through automated alerts and push notifications. Pre-defined events generate notifications and alerts, which are sent via SMS or email. A well informed system manager can handle incidents well and solves situations before they become a problem to the user.
Performance metrics
Graphs and diagrams display statistics for both hardware and recognition performance of all AVUTEC products. The metrics provided by the platform make it a powerful tool to diagnose problems, optimise performance and stay up to date with the operational status of all installed devices.
