Real-time license plate recognition, directly connected with the iLOQ Manager, automates vehicle entry and exit. This collaboration enhances security by granting access only to authorized vehicles while optimizing the process for greater speed and efficiency.

The ANPR camera functions as a digital lock within the iLOQ smart-locking ecosystem, seamlessly integrating with the software to control access. In this setup, the license plate is the key, similar to how a card or mobile phone would be used. 

AVUTEC has developed the iLOQAxon, a specialized software module that runs directly on its ANPR cameras. When a vehicle approaches, the camera recognizes the license plate and consults the iLOQ software via the API to verify access rights. If the license plate is approved, the camera’s relay functionality automatically triggers the gate to open, ensuring secure and efficient entry. 

Optionally, the system supports optional synchronization of authorized license plates with the camera, ensuring uninterrupted operation even if the internet or the iLOQ Manager platform becomes temporarily unavailable.
