The Salto systems integration
By connecting SALTO’s access management software with real-time license plate recognition, this solution automates vehicle entry and exit control. It boosts security by granting access only to authorized vehicles and streamlines the process, ensuring faster and more efficient entry management.
Salto Space
As a vehicle approaches the entrance or exit of a parking area, the camera scans its license plate. Once the license plate is identified, the camera hashes the license plate in the Salto card format. Subsequently, it generates a Wiegand signal and sends it to the access control panel.
The access control panel takes care of the authorisation and will open the gate only for an authorized license plate to enter or exit the perimeter.
Salto KS
As a vehicle approaches the entrance or exit of a parking area, the camera scans its license plate. Once the license plate is identified, the camera performs an authorisation request via Webservice. Subsequently, the camera opens the barrier directly or sends an authorisation to a controller.
The camera system is equipped with a built-in database that maintains synchronization with the Salto KS database, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in the event of internet outages.
