This certification confirms that AVUTEC’s ANPR cameras interoperate seamlessly with the Symmetry platform, giving customers a fully supported, end‑to‑end vehicle‑access solution.
 

 

The integration

 

The integration of Symmetry Access Control with the X-Series ANPR/LPR camera systems, introduces a heightened level of integrated access control. This collaboration delivers a dependable solution tailored for efficient vehicle access management for parking lots and gated communities.

 

As a vehicle approaches the entrance or exit of a parking area, the camera reads its license plate. Once identified, the camera searches the Symmetry database for a match. If the license plate is located, the system retrieves the associated badge ID and generates a 37-bit Wiegand signal, sending it to the Symmetry Controller to authorize the vehicle’s entry or exit.

 

AVUTEC camera systems can be integrated with all Symmetry Controllers and is compatible with Symmetry security management software.
