Open the ANPR tool. This tool is SDK-based and connects to the A22K controller for the daily management.

The login screen will appear.
Enter the controller’s IP-address and port (see also CDVI Module Finder), followed by the credentials of the user earlier created.
Click “Login”.

The first time the tool logs in to the controller, the users data will be collected, and stored in a local database for faster use.
Any changes will automatically be sent to the controller.
Once connected, the “Identifiers” tab will appear.
This allows for creating visitors with their credentials, and for assigning credentials to existing Atrium users.

Left part of the screen shows the user tab.
This allows for an existing Atrium user (or visitor) to be searched in the existing database, or for a new visitor to be created.
Visitors can be created given credentials, and deleted via the ANPR tool.
Users, on the other hand, cannot be deleted via the tool, they can only be given credentials.
To use an existing user, click on the triple-dot-button to open a list of the existing users in the Atrium database.

This will open a list of all existing users. By default, only users are shown.
You can also choose to show users and visitors, or to only show visitors.
Select this in the drop-down menu on the top left.

You can also search this list in the search field at the top.
Select the desired user and click “OK”.

The user’s name are shown, you can now enter the plate number.

When entering the number plate, this number is automatically converted tot the Wiegand signal that the ANPR camera will send to the controller.
Also, the card label will show the entered number plate of this user in the list, which eases searching afterwards.
After entering the number plate, select the desired activation and deactivation time of the user (default times can be set in the tool’s settings).
Choose from the options in the drop-down menu.

When entering a number plate, the checkbox for the number plate is automatically checked.
When everything is set, click on “Save”.

The tool confirms the data has been sent tot the controller.

Now, the user will be granted access, following his access levels.
When creating a visitor, instead of selecting an existing user, click “Create visitor”.
Enter both last and first name, and choose at least one access level from the drop-down menu.

Now, you can continue the same way.
The second tab, “Manage users”, shows a list of the existing users in the Atrium database. By default, this list also shows the visitors. Users are shown in green, while visitors are shown in blue. From this list, visitors can be modified, deleted, and their validity period as well as their credentials can be changed. Users cannot be changed via this tool.
By checking the “Delete mode” box, the list will show all the disabled visitors, so that they can be deleted in group. It is also possible to set the tool that disabled visitors are deleted automatically on startup.
To close the tool, click on “Logout”.
