Two layers of protection

Before reaching Tilcoating, a KTL (Cathodic Dip Coating) is applied to our camera housings, covering even hard-to-reach areas to deliver uniform corrosion resistance. Tilcoating specialists then apply a second layer: a durable powder coating that adds impact resistance, UV stability, and a flawless finish.

This two-layer combination gives our products a protection grade beyond standard outdoor requirements.
